Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If you are not satisfied with your Heavenly Lingerie purchase, please call 0434 499 409. Customized product or product that has been abused or rendered unsalable may not be returned under any circumstances.
Any claim for refund must be done in writing or by phone within 48 hours of receipt of goods.
For all other products, if the item is returned unopened in the original box, we will exchange it or provide you a refund based on your original method of payment. The product must be returned to Heavenly Lingerie within 7 calendar days. All products must be packed in the original, unmarked packaging including any accessories, manuals, documentation and any tags that was included with the product. Returns that do not meet these conditions may be subject to a repacking fee or a refusal of refund.
Due to health reasons underwear cannot be returned.
Additional fees will be charged for any product missing the original box, packaging material, contents, accessories and/or manuals (i.e., any product not in "sellable" condition).
Any postage cost paid or credit card fees are done so by the buyer and cannot be claimed against Heavenly Lingerie
Please include the packing slip with your return and wrap the package securely. For your protection, we recommend that you use a traceable and insurable form of mail for shipment. Heavenly Lingerie is not responsible for any items lost or damaged in transit.
